Sponsored The Auberge Côté Rivière hotel-restaurant is nestled in a green setting in the heart of Is-sur-Tille, 15 minutes from Dijon. Crossing a small bridge, you'll discover, in the heart of a vast wooded park, a manor house housing the hotel and a renovated farmhouse housing the restaurant. Here, Pierre Franchomme combines Burgundian tradition with influences from his travels in the USA, the Caribbean, Thailand and Peru, the country of origin of his wife Maria, who manages the hotel. For example, Peruvian ceviche or seasonal squash with soy and citron sauce are served alongside Burgundy snails or pan-fried foie gras escalope. Each week, our restaurateurs offer a different market menu, concocted with the seasons in mind. You'll love the "Autour de la truffe" menu, with its roast Poitou pigeon or cream of Mont d'or and truffle brioche. The large, cosy dining room with its stone fireplace, a private lounge and, last but not least, the very pleasant terrace, make you want to prolong the experience. Stay a while: the renowned hotel and its ten comfortable rooms, including two family suites, combine B&B charm with modern comforts.
