On the banks of the river Tille, Stéphane Guagliardo's kitchen is a little seaside stopover in the heart of the country. In this sober, well-cared-for setting, the chef ensures a convivial, exotic experience; the flavors are those of sun-drenched coasts, an Andalusian tomato gazpacho and bell pepper brunoise, a seaweed-crusted fish brochette and basmati rice, duck cuisine and olive mashed potatoes, a raspberry-lime and basil tartlet.
