Gourmet Restaurant Keigo Kimura's side-project further extends the chef's universe, in a more accessible style that's just as polished. The €46 menu offers an unbeatable price-pleasure ratio, proving once again the chef's intelligence and taste, with cold pea velouté, foie gras mousse and smoked oil, fish of the day, Provençal sauce, white asparagus purée and quinoa, the beautiful filet of Burgundy duck, chicory coffee sauce and babycorn tempura, cranberry cremeux, tonka bean ice cream, strawberry and pomelo. Assorted cellars (Duband, Gouges, Faiveley, Brun, Pinard...).
