Gourmet Restaurant On the D6113, a few km west of Pezens, chef Sébastien Aliprandi cooks fresh and fair, with a menu that changes with the seasons and the arrival of local produce, and a touch of daring, as in this filet of braised duckling with rhubarb and blackberry jus, served with a compote of sweet onions, beet and turnips with honey. A discovery menu offers a delightful culinary adventure with a wine pairing. Valérie Aliprandi's service is diligent and affable.
