Gourmet Restaurant Faithful to the principles of its beginnings ten years ago, this cool and committed restaurant (fresh local produce, day-by-day dishes, low prices) is the place to go when escaping from the Cité, just under the Pont Vieux. The menu features the best ideas of the moment, including spicy mackerel rillettes, a hearty wok of squid, mushroom, chorizo and black rice, and a modest chocolate mi-cuit. Enjoy the wine of the moment by the glass, from a list that's also very regional, and a young, smiling and attentive service.
