Gourmet Restaurant The fishing port is renowned, but L'Amarette doesn't just offer oysters, shellfish and crustaceans... It also offers a fairly fair cuisine based around fresh fish, including the classic grilled sole, but also tom yam and back of cod with liquorice. The new chef, who hails from Lozère, fits in well with the team, and his dishes are clean and interesting, rounded off by a pastry chef with a knack for his craft (a good ginger choco to finish). Cellar of fine regional wines, with a good representation of organic and Terra Vitis label wines.
