Gourmet Restaurant
In the heart of the Camargue, this restaurant is one of the oldest, having been located on the port since 1973. It's a beautiful glassed-in house, obviously popular in fine weather, where chef Félix Rival showcases well-crafted seafood cuisine, a rich menu and solid menus, such as the €49 scallop, champagne sabayon and pistachio slivers, grilled turbot and hollandaise sauce, white fish infused with garrigue herbs, monkfish and arctic char, a dessert of brioche perdue, caramel and Camargue fleur de sel, farmhouse cream. Bouillabaisse menu €69.
