In this context, Jean Imbert brings modernity to the preservation of tradition, creating a menu that spans the centuries to seduce and captivate foreign palates: Marie-Antoinette brioche with caviar, Catherine de Médicis foie gras, Dugléré sea bass, civet de langouste, pigeon stuffed with Périgueux sauce. Tailor-made dishes, such as the €340 "Menu de Jean", with wines from the finest estates.
