Remarkable Restaurant The grand spectacle of the Plaza, the pomp and splendor of the setting, the perfect organization of service, all combine to give our visitors the quintessence of French prestige. In this context, Jean Imbert brings modernity to the preservation of tradition, creating a menu that spans the centuries to seduce and captivate foreign palates: Marie-Antoinette brioche with caviar, Catherine de Médicis foie gras, Dugléré sea bass, civet de langouste, pigeon stuffed with Périgueux sauce. Tailor-made dishes, such as the €340 "Menu de Jean", with wines from the finest estates.
