Gault&Millau's review 2025

Opened in 1913 at the lower end of Avenue Montaigne, the late fashion designer Christian Dior’s favorite hotel has embodied a certain French elegance for over a century. This member of the Dorchester Collection nevertheless retains the timeless luxury that defines the spirit of the place, with its 208 refined rooms and suites—featuring impressive high ceilings, original works of art, and large windows overlooking Avenue Montaigne, the Eiffel Tower, or the inner courtyard, which is transformed into an ice rink during the winter. The spa reflects this same elegance with its pearl-gray tones, its hammam, and its treatment rooms offering the full range of Dior spa treatments.
