Chef's Restaurant In this Parisian showpiece (other locations in Doha and Marrakech), Akrame shares his knowledge and passion for cuisine inspired by his Levantine, Azeri and Mediterranean culture. The setting is a rather cheerful cocoon, accessible in every sense of the word, and the dishes merge generously to bring gourmandise and a sense of sharing in a very Parisian atmosphere: veal chop marinated in herbs, chicken tandir in yoghurt sauce, sea bream massala in banana leaf, to which are added a few trendy gimmicks, lula wagyu tacos or lobster linguine... Home-made naans, world wines, cheerful service.
