Gault&Millau's review2026
One of the most interesting Indian restaurants in Paris: Mughal cuisine as a way of life, with its subtlety, aromas, and delicacy. There’s a wide selection of tandoori dishes, masalas, and biryanis, but above all, this regional cuisine features a wide variety of cooking methods and sauces, highlighting vegetables, fish, shrimp, chicken, and lamb. Let yourself be guided and advised, based on your preference for more or less spicy dishes and your current cravings for rice, vegetables, ingredients, and flavors… Be sure to save room for dessert, which is equally original—such as the carrot, cheese, and pistachio cake, a refreshing change from the gulab jamun, though that’s still on the menu. Excellent service; tea is recommended as an accompaniment.
