Chef's Restaurant Regularity and pleasure at Tugdual Debéthune who, close to the hustle and bustle, offers a very personal cuisine, inspired by seasonal produce, particularly from the house vegetable garden in the Rennes countryside. Don't eat in the evening if you don't have the time or inclination for the 7-course minimum hidden menu (from €88 to €135), but lunch is a good opportunity to get to know each other, with a sequence at €38.
