Gourmet Restaurant The sea is a permanent fixture at this simple but pretty downtown brasserie. In fact, it's an almost exclusive presence! In other words, freshness is the order of the day. The dishes are clever, well-crafted and sincere. We don't take any risks, we don't stray far from the coast, but it's a pleasant trip. The vitello tonnato, presented tartare-style, is light and tasty. As for the squid, it's an excellent substitute for veal in a tasty blanquette. Finally, a pistachio financier, airy whipped cream and raspberry ice cream. Smiling, relaxed service. Small cellar with, for example, a Pouilly-Fumé from Joseph Mellot, a Luberon from Grand Marrenon or an Alsace Wolfberger... Great lunch menu.
