Gourmet Restaurant This is one of Rennes' must-visit brasseries, a vast two-level space full of life and bonhomie. It's fast-paced and there's no room for regret, with traditional French dishes such as brioche sausage with Bordelaise sauce, stuffed prairie, jesus in velvet pants, crispy pig's trotters, veal liver with parsley, crispy calf's head with gribiche sauce and pot-au-feu vegetables, apple, pear and quince clafoutis, and millefeuille with diplomatic cream and vanilla.
