Gourmet Restaurant A neighborhood address, even if the street does lend itself to massive tourism. The room is modern and uncluttered, the team well in place, for a moment of fairly standard bistronomy, maintaining an honest level: poultry liver mousse a little dull, Breton saithe, squash, Grenoble garnish and mussel jus, but with a basic accompaniment, farmhouse veal walnut from the Perche served pink, pak choi cabbage, peanuts, darphin apples and meat jus, cooked whole a little unevenly but with a tender heart, candied apples, ginger crème montée, almond cookie, citrus fruits for a decent dessert. A modern, classic wine cellar in a reasonable price range.
