Right next door to parent company Mavrommatis, a taverna in the 5ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, at the foot of the Contrescarpe. A considerable choice on the menu, multiple starters that can be put together in assortments for one person, a good evocation of Greek cuisine: hummus, tabbouleh, ktipiti, dolmades, tatziki, eggplant caviar.... Dishes in the same vein: keftedes, moussaka, lean roast with tomato and Kalamata olives, brochettes and other rotisserie dishes. Good atmosphere, varied desserts, connoisseur's cellar of Greek wines. Editor's note: Chef Andreas Mavrommatis died on Saturday March 14, 2026 at the age of 69. The chef's brothers will carry on the spirit, values and high standards for which the restaurant is renowned.
