Gault&Millau's review 2026

Calice, formerly Bel Ordinaire, is the third restaurant in the Narro - Baillotte team. The operation is of the same high quality, with a menu compiling current cravings and fashionable ingredients, while personalizing them: grilled octopus nectarine bouchot mussels saffron popcorn emulsion, veal onglet with binchotan and smoked eel ikejime, strawberry vacherin espuma fromage blanc hibiscus jelly sorrel ice cream. Good choice of wines, good idea of offering whole dishes for one or two people, welcoming and atmospheric room, pleasant sheltered terrace.
