In the kitchen, Caroline Moine concocts a traditional cuisine with a thousand flavors, while in the dining room, Séverine Jandet, sommelier, suggests magnificent food and wine pairings. Creative and original, fresh and tasty, our lunchtime menus, comprising 3 starters, 3 main courses (one meat, one fish and one vegetarian) and 3 desserts, are balanced with less sugar, less salt and less fat to guarantee you healthy dishes.
