Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of Cathar country, this 16th-century château is home to "La Cour des Ducs", a beautiful medieval hall and restaurant where the chef enjoys cooking traditional dishes: confit and simmered pork belly with coconut mousseline jus corsé, roast suckling lamb leg with coriander seed, roast pigeon supreme and rillettes of celery and fresh peas with saffron carcass jus. A surprise four-course "carte blanche" menu allows it to express its full potential. The cellar is well-stocked and the service attentive.
