Gourmet Restaurant In the stables of the château, now occupied by a 3* hotel, you'll find this fine bourgeois and traditional cuisine, which honors the finest products and a pleasure well suited to the place. The 17th-century bastide lends the place a certain charm, which is part of the restaurant's reputation, confirmed by the chef's well-maintained recipes. The à la carte menu is full of effective ideas: demihomard on a bed of greens, fillet of sea bass in a lemon beurre blanc sauce, a must-try cassoulet with duck confit, venison steak with pepper sauce, lamb mouse confit with herbs. Classic desserts.
