Just a few minutes from Limoux, you'll find a magnificent Gothic-style château set in its own wooded garden, where you'll find an old-fashioned, pantagruelian table d'auberge, with its bevy of regional products, which together bring the country's gourmet traditions up to date. In this deliberately kitsch atmosphere, with its wood, ceramic crockery and chandelier, like a hunter's décor, the terroir is unashamedly displayed, with beautiful homemade soups, planks of charcuterie to die for, and meats to die for - pork cheek, rabbit, mouse and matured beef - and cheerful, colorful little sweets, which conclude the moment with a regressive atmosphere.
