This estate in the heart of the Corbières region offers an absolutely exceptional setting, between heaven and earth, amidst vineyards and nature tamed by man. Here, amidst the production of wines, you'll find a boutique, a hotel and a table, all of which will delight the eye and the palate, in a refined, contemporary setting, overlooking the surrounding countryside from the terrace and on the plate. The ideas are classic but get the job done: breaded rocamadour with corn flakes, bacon, salad and tomato confit, pan-seared chipirons, Iberian chorizo, cherry tomatoes and creamy potato, grilled Simmental beef entrecôte, vanilla mascarpone millefeuille, mousse, seasonal fruit and fruit coulis. The estate's own bottles are logically indicated.
