Original Restaurant It's hard to believe that the brasserie is only a few years old, as the art deco style is so well imitated, in the spirit of turn-of-the-century Parisian bistros. Behind the dense vegetation, the red and white bannes, the wicker counter and chairs, traditional cuisine is well reproduced, to experience a little postcard Paris. On the plate: parsley ham, leek vinaigrette, mayo egg, celery remoulade, mashed sausage, spit-roasted chicken, profiteroles and île flottante.
