Gault&Millau's review 2026

The umpteenth vintage bistro to replace the Buvette a few seasons ago, it does its job conscientiously to serve the neighborhood, which still craves grilled mackerel, octopus and beef polpette after egg mayo and leek vinaigrette. A compilation of the right kind, aided by a few natural wines.
