Gault&Millau's review 2026

It used to be Massale, now it's a neo-trattoria like so many others in the 11th arrondissement, with a small reputation and a cuisine that holds its own, with a touch of personality: trippa alla romana, calamarata stewed with cuttlefish from Brittany nduja and lemon, osso buco misspelled, which isn't a very good sign, guinea fowl puréed with parsnips cime di rapa, tiramisu "à la louche".
