Original Restaurant A relaxed, laid-back atmosphere right next to the Cuire metro stop in Caluire-et-Cuire. Bistrò Valenti offers trattoria-style cuisine, as it should be, without pizza. Homemade rillettes make a good start, before well-prepared pasta, curry cream and minced poultry. For dessert, the tiramisu is delicious and well made, as is the pannacotta, to be enjoyed on the large terrace in summer. In the cellar, locals and Italians rub shoulders harmoniously.
