Gourmet Restaurant In one of the bay's most beautiful villages, Marie Poivet and Étienne Vilfroy are more interested in the new bistronomy than in touristy dining, and offer visitors the chance to see and taste their own personal dishes and discover the region in a different way. On the contrary, their cuisine is committed to local produce and the seasons, defending a plate that is as ethical as it is aesthetically pleasing, and logically embodied in a carte blanche menu that evolves according to the market, availability and the chef's desires.
