Chef's Restaurant Sébastien Porquet, whom we've been following for years, has succeeded in making this place his own, with his own personality, his own desires, his own passions. In particular, his passion for nature and the terroir, so well refined and modernized by his hands in an eco-responsible approach. The menus are hidden, at €55 and €65, and the cellar boasts over 300 references, again with personal choices including nature and classics.
