We continue to follow with great interest the development of this restaurant and its chef Sébastien Porquet, a tireless defender of his terroir and its producers. The place is pleasant, the eco-responsible approach well marked in all aspects, and the cuisine hidden in a set menu. In-season fruit and vegetables, sustainable fishing and livestock farming coexist for the better. Cellar with numerous references.
