Gault&Millau's review2026
A classic on any stay in Le Crotoy, this is the natural stop-off point for appreciating this extraordinary bay, its atmosphere and its riches. Pascal Lefebvre, a chef by trade, offers an up-to-date version of local cuisine without blinkers: skate pressed with butternut squash, cuttlefish plancha and tagliatelle with potato emulsion and bray picard, hake brandade with beurre blanc and tomato coulis... The choice is wide, the desserts pleasing with seasonal fruits, and the cellar fairly priced, with a dozen wines by the glass on offer.
