Next to the church of Sainte-Catherine, an address of great constancy, which knows how to evolve with the times and adapt its proposals according to fashions and desires. The house is still as pleasant as ever, and has now become a fine bistronomic restaurant, defending its experience and know-how with an attractive menu. We'll be back for lunch, for the crispy maroilles, the salmon steak with chorizo sauce, a classic potjevleesch, and a nice apple-pear tart. Good service.
