Gault&Millau's review2025
In the Bay of the Somme, not far from Le Crotoy, a discreet, friendly restaurant with a refined décor, favoring natural materials and soft colors. Nicolas Chamoin, whose past restaurants include Ducasse and Marc Meurin, has developed a cuisine of local produce with contemporary accents, with attention to both form and content. On the €38 menu: haddock starter with fennel and lemon, mullet with new potatoes and bisque, old-fashioned pork with polenta, eggplant and Cajun jus, finger corn and vanilla. Pleasant service.
