Gault&Millau's review 2025

Set on the quays of Saint-Valéry, this simple address is full of charm, with its brick facade, 25 rooms decorated with vintage furniture sourced from nearby flea markets, and a casual bistro serving local cuisine, with a menu dictated by daily arrivals.
