Gourmet Restaurant Elodie and Jean-Sébastien Monnet bring their energy and know-how to this traditional restaurant, with a complete and supportive team. The business pleases a loyal clientele, sensitive to the many attentions and to this cuisine of fine products: wild duck from Sologne and eel, back of wild boar with fermented miso, raspberry tartlet in a good €60 formula, while the €90 menu features Loire mullet and crayfish from Grand-Lieu. Solid cellar overlooking the valley, with of course a few jasnières.
