Gourmet Restaurant What's important in Michaël Chassigneux's cooking is the product, whose uniqueness and flavor must be preserved. His gourmet cuisine is a blend of classicism and the chef's savoir-faire. Italian-style veal with anchovy cream and sun vegetables, crab, celery and avocado verrine, sea bass with artichoke barigoule and basil emulsion. The menu is a little short, but the moment is pleasant.
