Remarkable Restaurant Nidta and Félix in Croix, like Camille and Diego in Marcq, are shaping today's gastronomic scene in the region. Capable of going even higher, no doubt, but eager to do already well, the best possible, in their level of organization, tightening prices and adjusting the service (hidden menus, no menu) to reduce costs and wastage, they offer a singular experience of high quality, creating a personal universe not unlike the atmosphere of the Grenouillère where they both worked. Forging an identity, staying true to oneself, giving pleasure, sharing - these are all missions that make sense and that come to fruition in this propitious setting where everything is studied, the cuisine blending numerous Asian influences (Japanese for Félix, Thai for NIdta) that also add an extra touch of imagination.
