Chef's Restaurant
The culinary benchmark in Tourquenne for decades. Today, Benjamin Bajeux runs this restaurant—which his parents elevated to the highest standards—continuing and expanding the business with refined expertise. The atmosphere is modern yet remains rooted in authentic regional cuisine, and the same is true of the dishes, which feature a touch of curiosity to broaden the culinary horizon: the perfect egg with smoked salmon, heirloom tomatoes and burrata, creamy roasted sea bass with zucchini and basil sauce, veal sweetbreads with shallots, Darphin potatoes, and leeks, and red berry panna cotta. Prices are very reasonable—with a set menu at €42, for example—and still offer two choices at each price level.
