Chef's Restaurant This well-known address is now run by the fifth generation of the family, with Benjamin Bajeux also at the helm of Le Balsamique in Wambrechies. The parents' specialties are still there, such as sweetbreads and smoked salmon aumônière, and the chef brings his own originality and technique to the table. A simple menu with generous, gourmet dishes, including a €20 menu that we hope will enable new customers to discover the fine cuisine on offer: homemade duck foie gras, turbot roasted with morel mushrooms and vegetable risotto, entrecôte with asparagus and smoked garlic sauce from Arleux, or roasted king prawns, creamy polenta and braised endives. Desserts such as the emblematic duo of chocolates and almond cookie, or the very fresh clementine suggestion, will precede the homemade marshmallows served at the end of the meal by a team with precise service.
