Chef's Restaurant The acquired clientele who take over this modern dining room greatly appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of sharing and the general style, close to the product and natural, given by Pierre Bleuzé and Antoine Dacquin, who crossed paths a few years ago with Florent Ladeyn and were of course well inspired by him. What's more, the low prices (€28 at lunch, €45 in the evening with hidden menus) allow for a little improvisation on the one hand and confidence on the other, and the cellar (draught beers and bottles to discover, trendy natural wines with suggestions by the glass) is another trump card up the two friends' sleeve.
