Gourmet Restaurant Near Place Nationale, Antoine is almost always full, as much for the versatility of the premises as for the sincere pleasures to be found here. Part bar, part contemporary bistro, part wood-fired kitchen, the place lends itself equally well to a drink with friends, a more formal dinner or, on the contrary, a more convivial affair. The menu expresses a welcome eclecticism, with lean ceviche, monkfish rolled in low-temperature kale, pan-fried foie gras and steamed endive bites with orange, butter-roasted veal sweetbreads, braised winter asparagus, shiitake siphon, salsify chips, roasted hazelnuts and mushroom jus, grilled rib steak, entrecôte or rib-eye steak.
