With its bright, straw-lemon color and light gold highlights, this 1er cru vintage delivers a discreet yet compact nose of restrained white and yellow fruits, white flowers, pastry and bakery aromas. The mousse is fresh, with large, crisp, lively bubbles. Fresh and pure, the palate displays Chablisian characteristics, with notes of mineral, gunflint, lemon and fruit, and very discreet cream and butter. Intense and fresh, the finish is textured and long. This is a wine of freshness, with a lovely, discreet complexity.
