This demi-sec comes as a pleasant surprise. The nose offers delicious notes of bitter almond. The palate is delicate with fruity flavours of which dry apricot emerges clearly. The finish reveals beautiful bitter notes which judiciously counterbalance the dosage in sugar. A wine that deserves to be discovered. It would match well with Pata Negra ham.
