Produced from the best plots, this 100% Pinot Meunier has a brilliant gray-gold color. A dashing nose of licorice, roasted and spicy stone fruit. On the palate, the wine is full of vibrancy, well-structured with fresh, racy tension, supported by crisp bubbles. This great champagne, ripe and delectable, will be appreciated with wild turbot paupiettes with langoustine tails.
