A shimmering vintage of elegance and smoothness. The enticing nose reveals pastry notes of candied pineapple, cardamom, pith and roasted almond, supported by a chalky minerality. The palate is chewy and fleshy, with oak providing balance. Thanks to well-integrated dosage, just the right acidity ensures vinous intensity. This 2012 would be perfect with a ceviche of Loire mullet, guacamole and fennel, herbs and kalamansi vinaigrette.
