The finest juices have been selected for this cuvée with its crystal-clear bubbles. The airy palate reserves seductive bitter notes and is punctuated by a hint of toasted almond. A champagne at the peak of its development, now beginning to show fine notes of evolution. Enjoy it with warm oysters in sabayon sauce.

Vilmart & Cie
Laurent Champs, great-grandson of Désiré Vilmart, took over the estate in 1990. He is now supported by his daughter Morgane. Today, the vineyard comprises 11 hectares planted with chardonnay (60%) and pinot noir, on terroirs classified as premier cru. The entire production is aged for ten months in foudres (some of which are over 40 years old) and oak barrels. Laurent is undoubtedly one of the region's finest winemaker-oil growers.
