Superb salmon color with violet highlights for this cuvée, aged for over 6 years in the cellar and vinified in foudres. A nose of rare subtlety, with a powdery edge that adds complexity to notes of raspberry, strawberry and elderberry. The whole delivers fine ethereal scents. On the palate, it's just as fine and structured, particularly gourmand with a more lemony, chalky side than the nose would suggest, but which adds to its complexity. Remarkable in every way.
