We liked this rosé from the first moment we saw it: the pinkish color with coral reflections shines from a cap of creamy foam formed by numerous fine bubbles. The fine nose combines red fruit aromas (strawberry, raspberry, morello cherry) with floral notes (freesia, violet). The palate is airy, like a marshmallow with red fruit and more acidic grapefruit flavors. The bubbles awaken the wine with their finesse and impetuosity. A lovely rosé, full of finesse and delicacy, to pair with a salad of crayfish, avocado, pomelo and strawberries.
