This is the house's blanc de blancs cuvée. It bears the first name of Alain Thiénot's son, Stanislas, the brand's talented young managing director. The fine brioche notes of the nose are followed by a round, generous palate with an elegant, fresh finish. The vintage is not the most tense, and produces a full-bodied wine that can be paired with a veal chop that has just been browned, accompanied by its creamy jus and deglazed with champagne.
