What a complex nose, with a bouquet reminiscent of button mushrooms, bread crust and fresh aromas of stewed yellow-fleshed fruit! On the palate, the texture is pleasant, with a marked softness and tenderness. Notes of cooked fruit, toasted almond and chestnut honey. The bitter finish awakens the ensemble.
