This wine has a golden color with silver-gold highlights and a brilliant sheen. The nose is complex, with aromas of yellow fruit (peach, apricot), spicy flowers (wallflower, hawthorn), orange blossom brioche and mousseron. More menthol on aeration. The palate is suave, with incisive, sparkling bubbles, flavors of fresh bread and white fruit, and a fresh finish. A champagne to accompany an entire meal with poultry fricassee with tarragon.
