The wine has a light amber color with golden highlights, with fine bubbles forming a dense, fleeting mousse. The nose is vinous, fruity and brioche-like. Notes of pear and apple compote mingle with aromas of vanilla and white flowers. On the palate, the wine plays on the same fruity notes (Melocoton peach, mirabelle plum) with the bubbles providing balanced freshness and a zesty, appetizing finish. Ideal on grilled scallop skewers with Béarnaise sauce.
