Last year's 2010 was already a huge hit. The 2011 takes it to the next level! This Blanchiens parcel in Mareuil is the flagship of the domaine. It plays the gastronomy card with a basic wine of great constitution that announces its intentions from the first turn of the glass: a bewitching background of dried apricot, grapes, nuts, honey and hops, with, in this vintage, a hair more evolution than in the 2010. On the palate, the creaminess of the bubbles is sublime, embracing an ultra-complete wine whose intense, almost insolent aromatic persistence commands respect! A new favorite!
