Sweet spices (yellow curry) mark the first aromas, before the nose evolves towards notes of raisin and musk rose. Beneath a fine, enveloping bubble, we discover a light, yet gently evolved body. Hazelnut and dried apricot are present, with a touch of undergrowth. The acidic structure avoids heaviness and stretches through to the finish.
